What are BollyCardio ATX Packages?
A class package allows you to purchase multiple classes at once, at a discounted rate. At BollyCardioATX, we currently offer 4-class and 8-class packages, which you can use to attend any of our recurring sessions at any location within a set period of time (see specific expiration dates further down the page).
Packages give you flexibility to choose the classes that work best for your schedule while helping you save money and stay committed to your fitness goals. Pre-committing to a package keeps you motivated, accountable, and consistent, helping you stay on track and see real progress in your fitness journey.
It’s a convenient and cost-effective way to enjoy more classes, stay active, and have fun while dancing with us!
How does a package work?
Once you purchase a package, you can then use it to go into our booking platform (available at the end of this page) and book specific class dates using that package as your payment method. Please note, purchasing a package does not allow you to walk into any class. Failure to book a specific class date with your package can result in you being turned away from class. When booking a class, please ensure you have fully completed the checkout process.
What packages do you offer, and when do they expire?
We currently offer two package options:
4-Class Package: Expires 8 class weeks (8 weeks of BollyCardio classes) from date of purchase
8-Class Package: Expires 12 class weeks (12 weeks of BollyCardio classes) from date of purchase
What is a “class week”?
A “class week” is, essentially, a week where we have a class.
While we host weekly classes, there are some weeks where we don’t have classes due to holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, Diwali, etc.). Because of this, we count the weeks we have class as oppose to general calendar weeks, to ensure everyone has an equal number of opportunities to use their package.
Are the packages tied to a specific location?
Nope! You are welcome to use your package to attend classes at any of our locations. The expiration date will be tied to the location you visit the most.
Can my friends/family use the classes in my package?
No. Package classes are only valid for the purchaser, and cannot be given to friends or family.
My package expired but I still have classes left on it. Can I request an extension?
As a policy, we do not allow package extensions. We set expiration dates on class packages to help ensure consistency and commitment, both for our clients and our instructors. These dates encourage clients to use their sessions regularly, allowing them to fully enjoy the benefits of our classes while staying motivated and on track with their fitness goals. We also use expiration dates to plan our class schedules, resources, and staffing, so we can continue providing you with the best experience possible.
Our packages are structured according to industry standards, to give you ample time to use them. In addition to this, our flexibility in allowing you to use your package at any location gives you even more chances to attend classes.
